My husband and I were referred here for our high risk pregnancy to do the CVS test. We saw Dr. Lamia Al Amri and Dr. Manesha Putra, both were absolutely fantastic. All the other staff were amazing too. During this difficult time in our lives, they made our visit as comfortable as possible, answered all our questions, and didn't rush anything.
Thank you so much for everything, and giving us the closure we needed in these difficult times. I hope no one I know ever has to go through something like this, but I'd 100% recommend coming here to anyone.

The doctor's from CU Medicine I had contact with were the maternal fetal medicine doctors - and I had no issues with the care I received from them (reviewing ultrasounds and other diagnostics as my local hospital did not have high risk MFM doctors). However, the experience with the billing department is horrible. I received several bills eight and nine months after the dates of service, I was billed the full amount of the charges (and paid them) because the doctors, although in network, were either billed improperly to my insurance as out of network or were never billed to the insurance. I'm still trying to get a refund on the bills paid, but have not yet received one, despite several calls to the billing department as well as my insurance for the past four months. -My insurance can't resolve the issue, as CU Medicine has to properly submit the claims as in network. My child is almost a year old and I'm still trying to resolve bills from prenatal care.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Braverman and she’s been so helpful as we navigate a few complications. She explains things with a lot of empathy and compassion, and also doesn’t throw complicated medical terms our way. All of the extended staff from the front desk to the ultrasound techs have been great as well.

I had an appointment this past Thursday for my anatomy scan, I was told some unsettling news & that they’d reach out to me Friday about scheduling me an appointment with a cardiologist. The doctors were nice enough & the front desk lady was very sweet. My complaint is how unprofessional they are about getting back to you. Friday came & never received a phone call. This morning, I’ve called twice & first time, left a message, then the second time was told the doctor would call me. That was at 10:50 AM. It’s 2 minutes past closing for this location and never received a call back. Not to mention, just to book with this place, I had to call multiple times to get in without ever receiving a call back from my message I left on their answering machine. As a first time mom of twins & especially after receiving the news we did, you’d think they’d keep their word & help schedule me with a children’s hospital cardiologist like they said. Instead, I’m left feeling like I’m not a priority at this clinic. I think I’ll have to call around tomorrow and just schedule this appointment myself.

Everything was great. The office was very calm and peaceful along with the ultrasound chair being extremely comfy! I felt that the sonographer really went above and beyond for me and I am very thankful! All in all they were very thorough and great at their jobs. Even the flobotomist was awesome and the blood draw was totally painless and quick. Lastly I appreciate them getting me in so quick considering I was so very anxious after my high AfP test results from my normal OB/GYN. They also got back to me with my test results within the time limit they gave me 🙂
