I really hate that I have to give this review because I actually really liked this place and the people who ran it until today. I came in to get my lock cut which I was told over the phone they could do. Turns out they can only cut locks put on by the company not individual ones, so I drove from Denver to longmont to get into my storage unit so I could find some items I need to bring to my fathers funeral in two days. The old man working there called his wife, who said as long as I signed a piece of paper I could have them cut it and they would make an exception for my “sad situation”. The man then refused to cut the lock for me even though I offered to sign whatever they needed. I literally left sobbing because I don’t have the money or time for a locksmith, this morning was the only time I had to go do this before I leave for my trip with my work schedule. I left sobbing. Guess I’m s*** out of luck. Very disappointed customer. I will probably be moving my storage items elsewhere after this encounter.

Beautiful, clean and inviting facility. Great customer service - when the size unit we requested and reserved was actually unavailable they found us a larger unit and charged us the price originally quoted for the smaller unit. Their kind customer service really eased the stress of moving and relocating from out of state. Always felt safe storing our belongings here while we looked for a home. Even though it was a little out of the way from Boulder it was worth it for the climate control and cost savings.

Used them for over a year, had 3 units at one time. Clean, fair priced, easy, accessible.. Building well-cared for. No complaints. No "extra" charges upon moving out. Way cheaper than everything else in the area for what you get. Building is secure too.

ClimaStor is a first class, pristine storage facility. They are knowledgable and helpful. We had an array of headaches and hiccups with our move and Nancy was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help smooth things out for us. I can't speak highly enough of this business.
