Excellent response after making direct phone contact to Olivia. John immediately came out to assess our needs and provided three options at different price points. We went with the mid range Toshiba A/C unit and requested a quick install as temperatures in our studio was very high. The team of Rob and Matt were scheduled in just a few days, they were on time and completed the install in about an hour. Works great couldn't be happier. I highly recommend AC control.

Excellent customer service from Olivia in their office. Prompt, professional and friendly service to respond to the email that I sent followed up by a phone call to ensure that I had the urgent appointment I needed.

John the engineer was superb. Punctual and as soon as he saw my air conditioning unit he could see what the problem was and unfortunately this was because it hadn’t been correctly fitted it in the first place by another company prior to me purchasing my apartment. It really was a mess and just goes to show that you should use experts like A.C. Control. John fixed the issue immediately and easily. I would highly recommend A.C. Control for their excellent service and their service charges are tremendous value. I will be certainly be using them for the future for yearly services.

Excellent responsiveness - John carried out a detailed survey (it wasn't going to be a straightforward installation) and was very helpful. It was by far the best value for money and timing compared to another quote we got, and the 2 lovely lads working with John worked hard and were very professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After charging me €260 my system functioned only 3 days. I called and they said they were busy and they will call me back. Never did. Repeated calls and they never answer. Called a Spanish company and they fixed it for half price. My advice if you live in Spain; you need any service, use a Spanish company, and if they don’t speak English use your phone translator. More reliable.

We had John from AC control come to service and clean our AC last year . We tried contacting him this year to update a control panel . He kept saying that he was working in it but never got back to me and finally ignored my WhatsApp messages. We then went to another company to arrange this and the were fantastic. What has annoyed me the most is that when we had the AC serviced again today they showed me the filters which had NEVER been cleaned fir years . We only live here 1 to 2 months a year so the AC is understandable not used much .

John came round to look at possibly a new system install due to my extremley high electric bills, he took a look at the system ran through how to use it more efficiently and said it did not require a service yet and told me to wait for the new system to see if what he showed me helped reduce the bills. The service was second to none and to be frank refreshing. Use this company is my strong opinion. Oh and he was on time!!!!
